Using the directory

AI Super Index is an independent directory. Listings, taxonomy placement, and trust fields are editorial and may change as data is reviewed.

Submissions and claims

Submitting or claiming a tool does not guarantee publication or placement. Premium profile fields remain subject to review.

Accuracy

We aim to keep records useful and current, but tool details can change quickly. Users should verify pricing, security, and product claims with the vendor before buying.

Automated access and reuse

Unless AI Super Index gives prior written permission, you must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated agents, or similar means to extract, copy, monitor, or collect directory records or other site content at scale.

You must not bulk reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or use AI Super Index content to build or enrich a competing directory, commercial dataset, search product, or machine-learning training or evaluation dataset. You must not bypass robots directives, rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures used to protect the service.

These restrictions do not prevent ordinary human browsing, a vendor reviewing or managing its own listing, or general-purpose search engines crawling in accordance with our published robots directives.

Content and database rights

Tool names, trademarks, product claims, and vendor materials remain the property of their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, AI Super Index retains rights in its original copy, taxonomy, selection, arrangement, database compilation, and site design. No licence to reproduce or commercially reuse those materials is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.
